“Update: Spoke to customer service and they made everything right. It’s always a spoke to customer service and they made everything right. It’s always a pleasure working with a company that goes the extra mile. Awesome machine, poor customer service. Had a leaking pivot coupler first time using it. Offered to replace the fitting if they would just ship it. After several phone calls they said they would send me one and might even send a hose. After weeks of waiting I called back and they gave me the run around. They said we will send you $25 to buy another. Ended up at OReilys for $75 and they repaired it. It was a faulty coupler and easy repair. Just wanted them to send me a replacement since it was faulty from the first use.”

“Buys steel from China marks their products as American. Can't keep help then don't pay for a month but will loan you your own money back to you for interest....this is illegal or should be I suggest that the government should look into their practices”
