To most, this is just a digger—a tool to put holes in the ground. But to many, it is more than that. It is proof that they had passed from boys to young men. The sound of the engine, the shake and vibration from the PTO as the auger begins to spin, and the feeling when the auger digs into the ground -

You were doing it!

You were working the same as your dad and grandpa and all the men that came before you. Proof that you were now taking your place among the men of your family.

These are the key memories many have with our attachments.

Danuser attachments have been there year after year, harvest after harvest, day and night. The digger in the pictures below was sold brand new in Kentucky in 1973. It has been owned by the same family, on the same farm, since then. Like so many others all over the world, it is in a barn, parked there at the end of the last long day, with the dirt of the last job still on the auger. It is ready when you are, whether that be the next day, month or year.

This is what makes Danuser different. So many can point to equipment on their farms, ranches, barns, and buildings and tell these stories—stories about parents or grandparents chasing dreams, dreams passed down to them. Stewardship of the land, a sacred responsibility to grow the food, tend the animals, and do the things that we all need.

This is what makes us who we are.

And we are still the same today. Our attachments are designed and manufactured with the exact same intention—that they will be in use for at least the next 50 years. We do not design for failure or obsolescence; we design for that man and his son who get up early to build the fence, clear the land, carry the materials, and chase their dreams.
